Monday Must: Stay Hydrated

Staying hydrated seems like such an easy thing, drink 6-8 glasses of water a day and you're good to go! Well when you're busy, this often gets forgotten and those 6-8 glasses never reach your lips. I'm always on the go, whether it's from the gym to a meeting or out running errands, I've trained myself to bring a bottle of water with me wherever I go. I have to admit, I came by this honestly, as my mother was notorious for always having a water bottle with her or stopping to get one whenever we were out. Since this bottle is an extension of me, it needs to be efficient and practical. I personally use the Nike bottle below, with it's straw it makes it almost too easy to get my water intake each day. Not to mention how easy it is during a workout, no tilting your head back and having water pour all over - needless to say I'm not great at drinking water that way. Whatever your personal style or bottle preference, make the effort this week to get in your 8 glasses of water and I promise you'll feel much better and more energized!
