Monday Must: Smoothies
In the summer I'm always on the go, which means taking food on the go. My favourite thing to take with me is a smoothie, not only is it healthy but it's also refreshing. I often go for a kale, spinach, apple, orange and mango blend but these are a few other favourites of mine. Next time you're heading out for a busy day, make a smoothie to go and you'll feel energized all day long.
